Sebastian GrassoCEO and President

Sebastian began his career in workers compensation as the co-founder of Windham Group 26 years ago. His mission is to restore injured worker productivity while reducing his customers total cost of risk. He has a healthy obssesion with return to work. The sole focus of his organization is to return injured workers to their original jobs post injury. As the leader of Windham Group, Sebastian has taken the organization from a regional case management company to a national leader in return to work services. He holds a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling.

Jim LovettVice President and CIO

Jim Lovett joined Windham Group in 1999 as a consultant and shortly after that was named Director of Information Systems overseeing all of the IT needs of Windham Group. Jim's 20 years of experience in the technology field has given him in-depth experience in Programming, Systems Design and Security. He designed Windham Groups proprietary claims management system which allows all of our employees to be efficient in claim handling. Jim is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer with a degree in Business Administration from Southern NH University.

Dave HeffnerChief Sales Officer

Dave Heffner has over 20 years’ of sales and marketing experience for workers’ compensation managed care companies. Most recently he served as senior vice president of One Call Care Management’s Specialty Network Division. Prior to One Call, he was the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Express Dental Services and played a strategic role in Express’ acquisition by One Call. Heffner is also the former eastern region vice president of sales for MSC (Medical Services Company).

Pixie GoetzDirector of Administration

Pixie Goetz began working for Windham Group in March of 1996 with more than 20 years experience in the bookkeeping field. Currently in her role as the Director of Administration she oversees all of the bookkeeping functions which include: company billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and issuing of monthly financial statements.

Rebecca McLaughlinDirector of Utilization Review

Rebecca McLaughlin RN joined Windham Group in December 2013 as a Utilization Review Nurse and has moved into her new role as the Director of Utilization Review and Operations Manager for Ancillary Services. In this role, she coordinates the completion of our vast ancillary products including MSA’s, Pharmacy Reviews, Cost Projections, IME’s and Utilization Review services under the Direction of the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and for non-UR required states in order to contain costs and provide determination of appropriateness of medical care. She currently holds a degree in Nursing and Mental Health and Human Services.

Jane Cyr-RobinsonRegional Operations Manager

Jane Cyr Robinson joined the Windham Group team in September of 2003 and is currently the Regional Operations Manager overseeing case management services in MA, RI, CT and NJ. Jane has a master's degree in vocational rehabilitation management. She is a certified vocational case manager and certified Disability Management Specialist. Jane has over 20 years experience in Workers Compensation, Long term Disability Management and Case Management services. She has an extensive history of success in returning injured and disabled individuals to the work force. Jane has a proven track record of managing people and achieving positive results.

Christi KellyRegional Operations Manager

Christi Kelly joined the Windham Group team in September of 2014. She stepped in to the roll of Operations Manager of the Mid-Atlantic region to open up a new territory for Windham Group and at present manages the states of NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, and FL, additionally being licensed in California and Texas. Christi is a certified nurse case manager, CCM, and holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Temple University and Bachelors of Nursing from Villanova University. She is an active board member for the Spirngford Chamber of Commerce in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. Christi has over 13 years experience in health and wellness, recreational therapy, crisis intervention, emergency room and psychiatric nursing, catastrophic case management , and general case management to include all aspects of sales and marketing with a specialty in working litigated claims. Christi as a working manager has knowledge of starting up, overseeing, and managing a successful team of nurses in a new region and is ecstatic to be a part of such a fantastic team of experts.

Meghan MichaudHR Coordinator

Meghan Michaud joined Windham Group in May of 2013 as a Client Services Specialist in our Ergonomic Services department, bringing 15 years of customer service experience. She is a certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and holds a certificate in Human Resources Management. In her new role as HR Coordinator, Meghan oversees human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations. She thoroughly enjoys connecting with our talented team.
